What to Expect When You Visit Us

• We ask that you try arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.  Doing so will allow our team to gather all of your client and patient information, and to get a weight on your pet to enter into their record. We know you are busy, we try our best to stay on time and keep you on schedule as well!  
• Our attentive team will greet you and your pet as you enter the hospital. We want your pets to be comfortable so please keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier.
• Our team will show you to one of our exam rooms. 
• The veterinarian will review your pet’s information and perform their exam on your pet with help from their team. 
• We will review your pet's treatment plan with you along with an estimate before any treatment is done. 
• Once a plan is agreed upon, your pet will receive their individual treatment. 
• Before sending you home with your pet, our team will review any special information for medications, recommendations for care at home, and answer your questions.
